1. Prices and Itineraries
Prices change the 1st of April annually. Prices shown are in Australian currency, include GST and supersede all prices previously advertised. Anderson’s Tours reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required or operate the itinerary in reverse. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. Refunds are not available for inclement weather or for changing weather conditions.
2. Cancellations
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given: within 24 hours or where no notice is given – 100% of the value of the tour will be charged. Failure to meet our guide at the nominated meeting point on time will result in 100% cancelation fee.
3. Important
Anderson’s Tours shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury, including any consequential, indirect, special or economic loss which is caused by any services rendered by Anderson’s Tours or third party, its servants or agents with due care and skill or any facilities, and lookouts during the tour for not being fit for their purpose.
All cruises and non-coach movements are not operated by Anderson’s Tours, nor by persons or companies associated with Anderson’s Tours. Therefore we cannot and do not take any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or loss of any type arising in any manner, including whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.
Due to operational peaks, we may substitute coaches without notice in peak season. 24th Dec 2018 – 5th of January 2019. In which large coaches may be used, if you are booked on a large coach you will be notified.
4. Children
Prices apply strictly to children 3 – 12 years. Children aged 0 – 2 years old are free and must be seated on a parent or guardian lap. If a seat is required a charge of $90 per child will apply.
5. Family
A child is considered as between the age of 3 – 12 years of age.
6. Payment Method
Payment method is optional and subject to booking arrangements made. Payment shall be made via a Credit Card (Master Card, Visa Card or AMEX) or with a cash payment to avoid additional credit card fees you will need to call our reservations line to book. All major credit Cards are accepted. A 2% Credit Card processing fee is applicable on all Credit Card Payments, and a 3% Processing fee is applicable on all AMEX Cards payments. Online bookings will be charged the full amount including credit card fees at time of booking in AUD currency.

7. Smoking
Government regulations prohibit smoking inside tourist coaches within Australia. Please restrict smoking to the stops en route.
8. Overseas and Interstate Clients

9. Security
Ensuring the security and protection of your personal information is important to us.
We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information you may transmit to us or from our online products and services, including credit card information. We will also make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.
In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us.
All transactions are secured by 256 bit SSL encryption. SSL technology encodes information as it is being sent over the Internet, helping to ensure that the information transmitted remains confidential.
Our servers are deployed to Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant provider and provides a certified infrastructure for storing, processing, and transmitting credit card information.
