Can I change my mind on the morning of my tour and show up at any meeting point?

You’ll need to attend your confirmed pick-up location, with any changes requested at least 24 hours in advance. Our tours run on carefully planned schedules that are finalised the day before your tour,  with multiple mini coaches departing daily. You may be assigned to a mini-coach that doesn’t stop at the other locations, and therefore may miss your tour. This helps minimise city pick-ups and get you to the mountains earlier to enjoy your day.

If I have a group of 10 or more and staying in the city can you consider picking me up?

For groups of 10 or more, we can consider a city pick-up. This is subject to your location being central and suitable for safe bus access and parking. If not, we may recommend a nearby meeting point just a short walk away.

What is your cancellation policy?

Small group: Free cancellation with a full refund when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided before departure. If cancelled within 24 hours, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Private group: Free cancellation with a full refund when at least 72 hours’ notice is provided before departure. If cancelled within 72 hours, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

What if I’m running late for my tour?
